A common complaint we hear in the industry is that the service visits for hygiene units are missed or go a few days overdue, or that individual hygiene units are simply not emptied.  We even hear of falsified service signatures. It happens all the time. How does Daisy overcome this? We swipe a barcode on each unit we service, and download the results to our computer, ready to show any client, on request. This gives proof of the time and date, and exactly how many items were scanned. And it saves bothering your receptionist for a signature!
